Reproduced on the cover of the December 1934 Grand Canyon Nature Notes, which featured a remembrance of Widforss following his death in November 1934.
On a photo in Widforss' scrapbook, this painting is titled Battleship and Temple of Shiva, (two of the formations seen in the subject) and dated 1932.
