Menu cover for the Ahwahnee dining room. The set of Widforss' paintings of Yosemite that were reproduced as a postcard set were also used for many years as covers for menus printed daily for Yosemite Park and Curry Company restaurants.  Printed by H. S. Crocker Co. Inc. San Francisco.

The Ahwahnee Hotel, designed by architect Gilbert Stanley Underwood, opened July 16, 1927. Underwood  also designed Zion Lodge, Bryce Canyon Lodge, and Grand Canyon North Rim Lodge.
